Do you provide wetsuits? We provide complimentary farmer-john wetsuits, wetsuit jackets and boots to keep you comfortable, rain or shine.
What do I bring? A bathing suit and towel is all that is required. Wetsuits are best worn directly over your skin.
Are there changing facilities? We have a changing room building in Whistler for our local rivers.
Can children raft? Most of these tours are inappropriate for young children unless river levels are very low. The Green River the minimum age and weight is 10 years and 90 lbs. For the Cheakamus River, the minimum age and weight is 6 years and 50 lbs. The Elaho-Squamish Rivers require a minimum age of 12 and a minmum weight of 90 pounds
Can I bring a camera? Only waterproof cameras should be brought on the rafts. We photograph all rafts as they head through the rapids for your convenience and enjoyment. Photo packages are available for purchase on the same afternoon of your tour.
Do I have to be fit to go rafting? We take people rafting of all shapes and sizes and of all fitness levels. The Cheakamus and Green River's are appropriate for everyone of all abilities and the Elaho-Squamish is a bigger river which requires higher levels of exertion.
Do I need to be able to swim to raft? Although the ability to swim is an asset it is not essential on the Cheakamus and Green rivers. The guides will go over all the safety information and will teach you everything you need to know about rafting with us. However if you would like to raft the Elaho-Squamish Rivers we would prefer you to be able to swim.
Is rafting appropriate for anyone with a back injury? No rafting is not recommended to anyone with back injuries, there is a certain amount of strain and physical demands that are placed on you while rafting. The Elaho-Squamish River has a bumpy access road which could aggrevate pre-existing back injuries.

CANCELLATIONS
All reservations confirmed with a credit card by phone or in person are strictly subject to a 24 hour cancellation fee: 100% charge will be made or kept on the credit card provided if there is a cancellation or no show with in in 24hours of the tour time. We are an all-weather activity. We recommend guests carry travel insurance to cover costs in the event of sickness or injury prior to departure.

River rafting involves many risks, dangers and hazards. These risks, dangers and hazards are outlined in our Release of Liability Agreement, which all participants are requested to read and are required to sign before participating in our river rafting tours. The Release of Liability Agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of the Agreement are available from our office.
